Please note that we can only ship your order once the money has reflected in the Crop It account. Immediate payments are recommended for the quickest delivery.

 

RETURNS

It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer store credit for the following reasons:

.:The item does not fit you

.:You are not satisfied with the quality

.:Or you have simply changed your mind.

The store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card, which you can use to repurchase another item! Store Credits are valid for 24 months. We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

 

Please note: We can only offer returns if we are notified about the faulty item within 48 hours of delivery.

REFUNDS

We treat every order with absolute care and pack them with precision and love to make sure they are in a good condition. However in the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty, we will happily provide you with a full refund provided:

.: You notify us within 48 hours from delivery date.

.: Your claim of the faults have been reviewed and approved by our staff.

Please note: Once your refund has been approved by our staff and a notification sent to you, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, so please be patient.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We know that you cannot wait to get your hands on the goodies you purchased from CROP IT and we are just as excited as you are. That is why we try our best to pack and post your orders as soon as possible. Below is some information on delivery times and fees.

Shipping to main centers will arrive at your door before 12pm the following business day and outlying

areas may take up to 72 hours after the parcel has been shipped.

Please note, CROP IT is not responsible for any delays caused by Aramex (our chosen courier service) especially during high volume seasons - however, we will always try get your parcel to you as quickly as possible. Furthermore, if you wish to return or exchange your item you will need to cover the shipping costs for the return ship only.
